  • What are your store hours?

    Tuesday - Friday 9am-5pm

    Saturday 10am-3pm

    Closed Sunday and Monday

  • Where is your store located?

    We are right behind Starbucks on Hillsboro Pike with a black and white awning. There is plenty of parking behind our building.

  • What should I bring to my fitting?

    Please bring your clothing item(s) to be altered and the shoes you plan to wear with them if lengths will be adjusted.

  • How long do alterations take?

    Our typical turnaround time is 3 weeks but if you need your order done sooner, we have a rush fee to be able to accommodate your needs.

  • Do you alter wedding dresses?

    We do not alter wedding dresses in-house, HOWEVER, we partner with several extremely talented seamstresses who specialize in bridalwear. Reach out to us today to find out more!

  • Can you alter formal wear?

    Yes! We provide alterations on all formal wear (dresses, suits, tuxedos, etc.) except we do not do wedding dress alterations.

  • Do you offer drycleaning services?

    No, we do not.

  • Do you offer pressing services?

    Once items are altered they are either pressed or steamed, however, if items are particularly wrinkled you may need to take them to a professional dry cleaner.

  • Do you have a written price list?

    Alterations vary based on complexity. We can provide you with an estimate upon request.Description goes here
